From 2000 until 2016 he has been board member of Heidelbergcement responsible fort he area Central Europe and Central Asia. Fields of expertise of Andreas Kern are cement production facilities operation, cost optimization, mergers and acquisitions, investments into new and existing projects.

Michalis Zambartas is an advocate based in Nicosia, Cyprus with 16 years of experience. He is a Head of Practice at Michalis C. Zambartas Advocates, Legal and Tax Advisors in Cyprus. He has considerable experience in complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation affairs.

Since December 2016 he is a member of the Board of Directors of the United Cement Group and a Corporate Secretary, legal consultant of the Group in Cyprus.

Mr. Ukanov is working in the United Cement Group since 2009. He has long-term experience in managing cement producing plants in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
