Care tested by time: Over 7000 UCG plant workers undergo regular medical check-ups
06.05.2025
For United Cement Group (UCG), caring about people is not just words. It is a fundamental part of the company’s philosophy and is reflected in the daily operations of its plants.
One of the key initiatives aimed at the well-being of employees is regular medical examinations, in which all workers of the Group’s plants participate.
More than 7000 people — at the center of our health program
Today, the program covers over 7000 UCG plant employees. Each of them undergoes regular health check-ups that help identify potential health risks at the earliest stages.
This ensures timely intervention, preservation of working capacity, and prevention of serious illnesses.
What the check-up includes:
• general medical examination;
• laboratory tests;
• consultations with specialized doctors;
• functional diagnostics.
Why it matters
Industrial work demands a high level of physical and emotional resilience.
UCG understands that only a healthy team can ensure stability, safety, and strong performance.
That’s why medical examinations have become a good tradition and an integral part of the company’s corporate culture.
Investment in health — investment in the future
The Group firmly believes that maintaining and improving employee health contributes not only to production efficiency but also to the sustainable development of society.
UCG will continue to develop social support programs so that every employee feels truly cared for.
